How Long Does it take to have a bespoke piece of jewellery made?

It usually takes 3-4 weeks from deposit date for a bespoke piece to be completed.

CAN YOU USE MY OLD GOLD AND DIAMONDS?

We are very happy to incorporate your old gold and diamonds or any stone into a new piece of jewellery.

WILL YOU BUY ANY SCRAP GOLD I MAY HAVE?

We are happy to buy your old gold or use it to off set the cost of the new piece of jewellery.

Payment and Shipping

Payment must be made in full before shipping. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery. Posted goods will be sent secure overnight delivery and usually arrive before 1pm the following day. You will receive an email of the advising posting date.

Returns & Refunds

We are happy to make a full refund on the stock pieces returned without any sign of damage or wear. You would be responsible for the cost of return carriage. Bespoke piece are NON refundable.
